Mi Volkswagen Ecuador is a new mobile service application for Volkswagen cars and SUVs in Ecuador. This application allows you to have direct control over your vehicle from your phone, functioning as an integrated automotive management system. With this app, you can access a wide range of real-time information about your vehicle, such as driving performance, trip ratings, distances traveled, direct communication with our dealerships, alerts for dangerous driving, mechanical alerts, and incidents in real-time, and much more.
One of the key features of Mi Volkswagen Ecuador is the ability to quickly and intuitively locate your VW with just one click. Additionally, you can set up virtual geofences to control the mobility of your vehicle. In case of a collision or accident, the app automatically notifies your emergency contacts. With just one click, you can also contact VW and its network of dealerships to schedule a service appointment or coordinate roadside assistance.
In case of an emergency, the SOS function can be activated to provide immediate assistance. Furthermore, you can invite other users to access information about your vehicle. To use the services of the Mi Volkswagen app, you will need a user account and password provided by the brand 24 hours after the delivery of your vehicle.
